Card payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited and the relevant Stripe entities). The Provider does not receive or store full card details.
Invoices are issued electronically through the Számlázz.hu system, operated by KBOSS.hu Kft. (Záhony utca 7/D, 1031 Budapest, Hungary), and are delivered to the e-mail address given at checkout.
4. Supervisory and dispute resolution bodies
Consumer protection: the competent Hungarian consumer protection authority, and — for a consumer resident in Hungary — the conciliation board (békéltető testület) competent for their place of residence or stay; the current list is available at bekeltetes.hu. A consumer resident in another EEA country may also use the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body competent in their own country.
